Hi parents of ASA meet swimmers, 

This information is only for parents of ASA meet swimmers, so feel free to disregard if your child is not swimming in this meet. 

Arrival: Please meet in front of the GA Tech Aquatic Center at 7:30am. Wear your team shirts and look for your teammates and coaches. We will all meet outside and stretch before going in together as a group. 

Address:  Georgia Tech Campus Recreation Center Aquatic Center, 750 Ferst Drive, Atlanta,GA. 

Pool Info: The Georgia Tech Aquatic Center is a ten lane 50 meter x 25 yard 10 lane pool, this is a flat wall pool on finish and turn ends. Two competition pools will be used for all swimming sessions.The girls will swim in the east pool, located by the diving well; the boys will compete in the west pool located by the scoreboard.

PARKING -

Prepaid parking will be available in the W10 parking deck that is adjacent to the CRC. To park in this deck, you must prebuy a parking pass, you cannot pay at the gate. To prepurchase parking please visit https://gatech.parkmobile.io/events . Parking costs will be between $12-15. Overflow parking for W10 and any day of parking for those who did not prepay is located at the W02 lot at 355 Ferst Drive (this is the student center lot). SPECTATORS – Spectators are welcome at this year’s meet, admission is free. Spectators must remain in the spectator gallery in designated spectator seating areas. Spectators are not allowed on the pool deck, unless they have a credential as a meet volunteer or designated team official. Spectators should not sit in the team seating areas located over the diving well.

NEW FOR 2026 -Georgia Tech now requires all spectators to go through security screening to enter the Campus Recreation Center. Athletes and coaches do not have to go through this screening. This includes metal detectors and bag screenings. Please build some extra time into your schedule to account for possible delays in entering the building. The less you bring into the CRC, the sooner you will likely get into the building, please plan accordingly. Coach Hannah also says that this year spectators are required to have clear stadium bags. 

VIDEO STREAMING: Live video streaming coverage of all sessions will be available free of charge. We will have a link to the webcast at https://asa.swimtopia.com/championship 

CONCESSIONS: Concessions for the meet will be available for this year’s meet. However, it may be limited so plan accordingly. We have no control over concessions for the meet.

Heat Sheets: Heat sheets will be emailed to coaches and team reps as well as posted online at least 48 hours prior to your session at https://asa.swimtopia.com/championship  Heat sheets will also be available free of charge via the Hy Tek Meet Mobile ap as well. Printed copies will not be provided for teams, please print your own copies for your team use. Please remind your parents of this as well.

Meet Results: Results from each session will be posted at https://asa.swimtopia.com/championship as soon as that session has concluded. Live results can be viewed by using the Meet Mobile ap.

Awards: The top 30 swimmers will receive awards for each championship session. Medals will be provided for the top 10 individual finishers and top 3 relays in each championship session; ribbons will be provided for all other places.
