Meet Policies

Meet Attendance: If you are unable to attend the swim meet, you must still register as “not attending”. We need to know this information when the meet is being built.

Maximum Entries: Coaches place swimmers in events and relays.  Swimmers are currently limited to 3 individual events and 2 relays.

We have children with severe nut allergies on the team. Please refrain from bringing food items containing nuts to swim meets or practices.

Relay Policies

Relay races for swimmers 5-18 year old will be assigned based on the coach's discretion. There are a number of factors, aside from the fastest times, that go into building a relay such as consistency, hard work, and chemistry. We also try to give every swimmer the opportunity to swim in at least one relay per year.

Relays are special, swimming on a relay is a privilege and not a right. There are limited spots available on the relays. If you've selected that your child is available to stay for a relay and then leave, you are now taking a relay experience away from 3 other swimmers.

Allergies

If your child has a severe allergy please ensure you have appropriate medication (e.g. Epi-Pen) on hand and inform the Age Group parents.

With Concessions available, so are sugary foods for insects. If you child has a bee, fire ant or other insect allergy please come prepared.

We have children with severe nut allergies and ask families to help us be a Peanut and Tree Nut free team. Please refrain from bringing food containing nuts to the swim meets. Children hang out in Age Group tents and contact may be unavoidable. SunButter is allowed as a substitute for Peanut Butter as is Tahini and Pumpkin Seed Butter (great on whole grain tortillas with strawberries).

We also have a child with a Latex Allergy.

If your child has Asthma please provide an inhaler and inform the bullpen!
