Hi Parents, 

Congratulations on a great summer swim season! Thank you for all your hard work to make this fun and successful for our swimmers. 

We hope everyone can join us as we celebrate all our swimmers' hard work at our End of Season Awards Party tonight at 5:45 at our River Green Heritage Club Pool. 

I know there has been some confusion as to how to sign up for this event--all events including swim meets, Fun Friday, and the Awards Party have been posted since May on our Team Calendar Page. This is the page where you have signed up for every swim meet. Signing up for meets and RSVPing to fun Friday and the awards party are all done on the same page. https://rivergreenrays.swimtopia.com/swim_meets

Additionally, you can also sign up for meets and events on the Swimtopia App. 

It's too late to sign up now because the sign up deadline has passed, but PLEASE COME even if you did not sign up! We have trophies for your swimmers and we would love to celebrate with everyone. The rsvp was so we could know how much pizza and food to order, but we ordered trophies for all swimmers, so truly everyone is welcome and should come even if you missed the sign up. We will also pass out ribbons for last night's meet at our party tonight. You can pick up any ribbons you have missed from this season tonight.

Here is the order of events for tonight: 

1. Team Photo will be taken promptly at 5:45 (please wear your team shirt and get here a little earlier so you don't miss the photo!)

2. 6pm--6:30pm  Pizza and Awards presentation

3. 6:30pm--7:30pm. Fun relays and games with the coaches (in the pool, so swimmers should wear their swim suits)

Volunteers--please arrive at 4:30 to help us set up for the event. If you still need some volunteer points, I have two slots available if anyone wants to help set up and clean up after the party.
