Hi Parents, 

Tonight's meet is located at: 1007 Towne Lake Hills E, Woodstock, GA

As of now, we are planning on swimming our meet with Towne Lake Hills Tidal Waves; however, we are aware that the weather may have other ideas. Please plan to arrive at 5pm. Our warm-up will start at 5:30pm. 

The coaches will let you know by 4pm if the meet is cancelled, so please look for an email then. 

Please make sure you are signed up for alerts on Swimtopia. Weather updates during the meet will be sent out via the update feature on the app. 

VOLUNTEERS: Thank you for those who have signed up to help with tonight's meet. Currently, I have ZERO volunteer timers for the 2nd shift. If you are available, please sign up to help time-- We can't have the swim meet without timers!

Coach Hannah asked me to remind you of the following: 

1. Today is the last day to sign up for the ASA meet at GA Tech. If your swimmer is interested, please sign up now. 

2. Please declare your swimmer for TUESDAY's meet (our final regular season meet of the season). Sign ups for that meet close on FRIDAY.
