Hi Parents, 

Our team shirts have arrived! Please pick up your swimmer's shirt today or tomorrow at practice. If you can't be there, we will bring them to the meet on Thursday. If you are not at the meet, we will hold them for you until you come to practice. 

Please line up at the table--Ben and I will be distributing shirts and checking your name off of the list so we have a record of who received their shirt. 

If you have swimmers in multiple practices, I have bundled all of their shirts in one bag. Please double check to see that the size we give you is the size you ordered (as listed on swimtopia/our list). 

We would also ask that you check with us to see if you are on the "missing volunteer check" list and the "undeclared swimmer" list for this upcoming meet. 

We are happy to assist you if you don't know what the volunteer check is (https://rivergreenrays.swimtopia.com/registration) or if you don't know how to declare your swimmer. (This is basically a registration for the meet. You will need to click "attending" or "not attending" to allow our coaches to place your swimmer in events. If you do not declare your swimmer, they cannot swim. The deadline to do this is 8:30 PM THIS EVENING. We are looking forward to our first home meet this Thursday! If you are volunteering and need any clarification about your job, please see me today or tomorrow at practice. I can answer questions after I have passed out all the team shirts.
