Hello Rays,

A few important notes and ASAP “to-do’s”!

• TEAM PHOTO: We will be taking the Team Photo on Tuesday, June 20th at 7:15PM. Be sure to wear your team suit and bring your t-shirts to practice that night.

• If you plan to swim in the ASA Championship Meet at GA Tech on Friday, June 30th, please declare your swimmers by Tuesday, June 20th. Entry fees for the meet will be $45 per swimmer. This covers all individual and relay events. Our session that day will start at 4:00 with warm-ups beginning around 2:30. You can bring checks to practice during the team photo or get them to me at the Meet on Thursday.

• YEAR ROUND SWIMMERS: We can now add your USA Swimming Number to your Swimtopia profile. The ASA Championship now has observed status with Georgia Swimming and you can use your times at this meet for qualification purposes at the USS level. Email me your child’s name and number if you would like them added. This will need to be done before next Friday.

• We are working on the details for the End-of-Season Party on June 28th. Please go ahead and RSVP with the total number of family members and swimmers who will be attending so we can plan accordingly.
