MEET 1 RECAP and HOME MEET 1

That was a great first meet of the season!! We had some really great swims from our younger swimmers and our veteran swimmers really showed up and dominated the scoring in their age groups. It takes a whole team to win a meet and while we fell a little short overall, the meet was very close for most of the evening. If you have a friend, neighbor or anyone that says they "want to swim," registration is still open...please have them connect with us.

Thank you to all of our parents that volunteered last night, for those first timers, GREAT JOB, everyone looked like season vets!!!  Also, thank you to all the parents who were ready to jump in...we have an amazing team!

So, next up is our first home meet...A tri-meet (2 visiting teams + River Green) so it's all hands on deck (no pun intended)!  We will need set up and tear down volunteers as well as filling in on positions...the registration links are open (I heard last night the swimmer registration was closed...we fixed that last night).  Please have your swimmers registered no later than Tuesday so that the coaching staff can put our swimmers in the best place to succeed and the team to win.  Relays are KEY in these meets, this is the one area when swimming is a TRUE team sport...all four members rely on each other.

Set up team if you can be there around 4pm. The pool is officially closed at 4, so we should have access to tables, chairs and be able to set up the deck quickly.

We have a few t-shirts left for sale with limited sizes...if you are interested please see Lynn, Vanessa or Christee.
