MEET & VOLUNTEER SIGN-UP

The Meets and Job sign-ups are live.  Each family is responsible for 9 points this season. Please RSVP your kiddos for each meet as soon as possible.  The athlete sign-up will close the Friday before the meet.  The two tri-meets we are participating in will close earlier.  For new families: Go to the home page and click on the meet link; each meet will have an area to declare your child (Attending or not attending the meet).  Please note the drop-down box BELOW the athlete's name.  IMPORTANT:  if your child is available for relays, there are relays at the beginning and end of each meet.  If your child is placed in a relay, you have to stay until the end of that meet.  Leaving will jeopardize other swimmers' ability to participate in that relay and can cost the team valuable placement points. If you can't stay until the end, please note that in the box provided to let the coaches know OR declare them unavailable for those relays.  Availability does not guarantee your athlete will be in a relay so please check the meet sheet (when provided) to make sure!

VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT CHECKS

Each family is responsible for providing a $200 check to River Green Rays for their volunteer requirement.  Please drop those at the Heritage Clubhouse in the lockbox located by the HOA Office. Please write Rivergreen Rays and the swimmer's name/family name.  These will NOT be cashed unless the volunteer commitment for this season is not fulfilled.   Please submit these before May 26th.
