It is that time of year where we are starting to think about the ASA Championship meet. This is the big end of the year meet that will be held at GA Tech in the pool used in the 1996 Olympics!! Registration for this meet is $35 per swimmer.  This year there is no limit on the number of parents who can attend. The meet is July 2nd and it is estimated to go from 10:30-2. They have not released a warm up schedule yet, but warm ups will begin 60-90 minutes prior to meet start time, and we will enter the pool 30 minutes before our warm up time, as well as arriving 15 minutes early to ensure we can enter as a team. Meaning we may need to arrive as early as 8:15. If you are unable to attend but your swimmer still wants to swim you can reach out to me and I can see if I can help arrange a carpool to get your swimmer down and back to GA Tech. 

The registration for this meet is similar to our regular summer meets, you can just mark them as attending. Please let me know what 2 events your swimmer would like to swim at this meet, as they get to pick their events. If we have enough swimmers in an age group we will have relays, we will swim swimmers up to 1 age group to make relays if necessary. Every age group may not have a relay based off of how many swimmer register and the different ages we have represented. If you do not mark your swimmer as attending I will assume they are not going to be swimming. Our registration will close Friday at 11am so I have time to get everything set up for the ASAs 1pm deadline. If you and your swimmer decided you would like to join once registration is closed there will be late fees. It is $40 per individual event to register after the deadline.
