Dryland Practice

Dryland practice starts tomorrow!! We will be holding practice to condition and get ready to get in the water. Have your swimmer come dressed to work out with tennis shoes. They should also bring a towel or yoga mat to lay on the ground and a water bottle.

We will meet out in front of the clubhouse on the grassy area. We will follow our normal practice time M-Th of this week. Can't wait to see everyone there!

Our practice times for this summer are:

6 and under - 5-5:30

7-10 - 5:30-6:15

9-12 - 6:15-7:15

13-18 - 7:15-8:15

Swimmers who are 9-10 can pick their practice time. Keep in mind your swimmers ability and if they can handle an hour long practice.
